Role Overview

• The Architect is responsible for contributing to the design and development of architectural projects, preparing technical drawings, and collaborating with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the design team to develop architectural, interior concepts and solution.
• Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and elevations using design software and tools.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, specifications, and reports.
• Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations relevant to projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new developments in architecture and design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, no experience required.
• A certified and licensed Architect in the respective country.
• Experience in architectural design and technical drafting.
• Proficiency in architectural software and design tools(e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Luminon).
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
• Strong design, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing architectural drawings.
