Designing an Immersive Axe Throwing Experience​

At Casia Robinson, we believe great design goes beyond aesthetics—it creates moments, emotions, andlasting impressions. This axe throwing range was designed with one goal in mind: to deliver animmersive, high-energy experience while maintaining comfort, flow, and functionality.​

From the moment guests enter the space, the atmosphere sets the tone. Raw industrial textures, warmwood finishes, and bold graphic elements come together to reflect strength, precision, and excitement.Exposed materials and layered lighting enhance the sense of depth, while carefully planned layoutsensure both safety and seamless movement throughout the venue.​

The seating areas were designed to encourage social interaction—whether guests are waiting their turn,celebrating a win, or simply enjoying the space. Every zone balances durability with comfort, allowingthe venue to function efficiently during peak hours without losing its character.​

Lighting plays a key role in shaping the experience. Focused illumination highlights the throwing lanes,while ambient lighting softens the surrounding areas, creating contrast and visual interest. Thisthoughtful use of light helps guide attention, enhance mood, and elevate the overall spatial narrative.​
