Role Overview

• An Interior Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and functional interior spaces that meet the needs and preferences of clients. They combine artistic flair with practical knowledge to design and enhance the aesthetics, functionality, and safety of interior spaces in various settings such as homes, offices, retail spaces, and hospitality establishments.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the design team to develop architectural, interior concepts and solution.
• Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and elevations using design software and tools.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, specifications, and reports.
• Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations relevant to projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new developments in architecture and design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous projects and design skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Luminon.
• Knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and materials.
• Strong creative and artistic abilities, with an eye for detail and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing spaces.
