Role Overview
  • The Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the firm’s services, enhance brand visibility, and attract clients. They will work closely with the marketing team, designers, and business development professionals to showcase the company’s design expertise and drive business growth through targeted marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and promote the firm’s architecture and interior design services.
  • Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and digital content, to showcase the company’s portfolio of projects and highlight its design expertise.
  • Manage the company’s digital presence, including the website, social media platforms, and online advertising campaigns, to maximize visibility and generate leads.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing collateral, such as project portfolios, design proposals, and client presentations, in collaboration with the design and business development teams.
  • Plan and implement targeted marketing campaigns to reach potential clients and key stakeholders in the architecture and interior design industry.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, client preferences, and business opportunities in the industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, sales, and business development, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably within the architecture, interior design, or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for design and architecture.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
